Amazing Grace by CHCKL & Orchestra

Two weeks ago there was City Harvest Church KL (CHCKL) having its 7th anniversary. There was an orchestra during our praise and worship. So here is a video clip of one of the song that we sang that day!





By the way, I was in the choir singing as well, although you cannot see me inside! :P hehe

I had a quiz recently given by my lecturer. (sorry I can't mention which lecturer and not even what class - I'm scared she reads my blog). Anyway for those who knows about it, please stay quiet.

My lecturer gave us a quiz and this happened before, during and after the quiz.

BEFORE QUIZ

Students: Ms, will the quiz be very difficult?

Lecturer: No don't worry. It's very easy only. It's all in your book!

DURING QUIZ

Student: Ms, I don't understand this question!

Lecturer: I can't help you, you should know it. It's all in your book!

AFTER QUIZ

(Lecturer correcting the quiz paper in front of the class and giving out the answer.)

Student: Ms, Ms!!! Isn't this suppose to be answer C?

Lecturer: No no!!! It's answer B because blah blah blah...

Student: But Ms, according to the question, it's this situation, so I think that the answer should be C.

Lecturer: Ok open your book and read the definition!

(All students open their book and read the definition and the student read aloud and still argues...)

Student: Ms, Ms!!! You see, according to the book, the definition states that the answer should be C!!!

(The lecturer's turn to read from the book, then turn to the student.)

Lecturer: Actually the answer is B, your book is not good. It's not well-detailed.

Me and my music

What is my calling?
This is the question that has been resounding in my head for quite some time now.

Recently I've been involved in a lot of musical stuffs. It seems that there's a lot of doors opening for me to become a "star!" Well I've been singing and playing guitar for the past few weeks I must say.

1. Student Affairs Called me to sing and play guitar for a retreat for secondary school students. It was then cancelled but the thing is that I was appreciated by people who knew me and my talent in music.

2. During the Autistic center trip (i have to post about it soon), I was asked by my lecturer Ms Daisy to prepare some songs and to sing. So I've prepared 3 songs. It was a fun time there.

3. I've finally been leading song in my cell group. Today will be my 3rd time. YES!!!

4. Talentime competition - i sang solo for the singing competition and a lot of people congratulate me although the results are not out yet.

5. I was offered a free ticket to go to Daughtry Concert - but I couldn't go as I had something on that time :(

6. Recently I'm very and super inspired to compose songs. New songs are coming to me everyday.

Well I wonder if ever I have any future in the musical world. I'm feeling myself to be more creative and more inspired these days. The thing that really touched me is that people appreciate me and my talent for music. I'm really blessed actually. Maybe this is the start of something new! :)

Back to normal

Ok I've deleted my previous post about "I'M NOT A FULL TIME BLOGGER!" Sorry I was a bit emotional about it for people nagging me. Well anyway let's not talk about it. I would like to apologize for all the bloggers around the world who were reading my blog during these few days. Sorry if I offended you with this picture of this FAT MAN! Actually I put it as a joke.
